What can I expect from 'The Thrive Challenge'?
Expect a comprehensive 12-week program designed specifically for midwives to regain balance, boost well-being, and enhance professional satisfaction. Each week focuses on a different aspect of personal or professional development, complete with live Zoom sessions, recorded content, and supportive materials such as PDFs
Who is this program designed for?
The Thrive Challenge' is tailored for midwives who have been practicing for three or more years and are experiencing feelings of burnout, uncertainty about their career path, or struggles in balancing professional and personal life. It's perfect for those looking to rejuvenate their passion and streamline their practices.
How are the live sessions conducted?
Live sessions are conducted weekly via Zoom. These sessions allow for real-time interaction with the facilitator and other participants. They are scheduled to accommodate various time zones as much as possible and are recorded for those who cannot attend live.
What if I miss a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and made available to participants within 24 hours. You can watch the recordings at your convenience, ensuring you don’t miss out on any content even if you’re unable to attend live
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, participants can request a full refund within the 48 hours of the program. After this period, refunds are not available. This policy allows you to experience the initial phase of the program risk-free to determine if it meets your needs.
Does the program include CEUs?
Not at this time. However, I am in the process of submitting for CEU approval and will offer CEUs as soon as they are approved. After this cohort, the inclusion of CEUs will significantly enhance the value of this program. We are hopeful that MEAC will recognize the value in supporting midwives who prioritize self-care.
